The Bachelor of Arts in Studies in Women and Gender builds strategic thinkers, social critiquers and necessary allies. Grounded in feminist theory and teaching/learning styles, and recognizes the value of a participatory classroom where diverse life experiences are included and recognized. Core themes around race, ehtnicity, class, sexuality, age, and disability/ability while providing a feminist understandings of intersectionality.
