The Canadian Fall Prevention Curriculum Micro-certificate focuses on how to design, implement and evaluate a fall prevention. This revised version the program reflects current evidence on fall risk assessment and prevention, universal fall precautions, as well as fresh approaches to successful and sustainable interventions based on proven strategies from the field of implementation science. Through facilitated instruction in the program modules, you will build your knowledge and skills and create a fall prevention implementation project applied to a population of interest. Upon successful completion participants earn a professional development certificate.
