The Business Administration Post Graduate Diploma in Global Business Management enhances your knowledge of Canadian and international business management and strategy. You'll develop cross-cultural experience studying with classmates from a variety of backgrounds. Gain work experience through your internship and build your network of personal contacts.

1. Completion of a bachelor's degree (with at least 3 academic years of study) from a recognized post-secondary institution
2. English 12 (C+) or [equivalent](https://calendar.nic.bc.ca/content.php?catoid=24\&navoid=10977)

Academic Admission Requirement

1. If you are unsure about the level of Math preparation needed for success in business courses, it's a good idea to consult with an Educational Advisor at NIC.

2. If your undergraduate degree was not taught in English, you can meet the English language requirements by having ONE OF the following:
    - IELTS* (6.0 overall, with no band lower than 5.5)
    - TOEFL iBT* (80 overall, with no section below 19)
    - TOEFL computer-based (213 overall)
    - TOEFL paper-based (550 overall)
    - CAEL* (60 overall, with at least 60 in writing)
    - PTE Academic* (54 overall, with no component less than 46)
    - Duolingo English Test (105 taken after January 2020; cannot re-test within 3 weeks between each testing)
    - or equivalent as determined by NIC Admissions Department 
        - Note(*): You are recommended to take ENG 104 during your first semester at NIC. You will be required to take ENG 104 in the first semester, if you do not have the minimum score in Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking in one of the following assessment tests:
            - IELTS (6.0 in Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking)
            - TOEFL iBT (20 in Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking)
            - PTE (50 in Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking) 
            - CAEL (60 in Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking) 
3. The number of qualified applicants normally exceeds the number of seats available. Therefore, meeting the minimum admission requirements does not guarantee admission. Admission is offered through a selective admission process.

Admission Advice

Applications may be submitted starting 11 months before the intended program start date. Early application is recommended. Applications are open on the first business day in October. Students are accepted on a first applied, first qualified basis.
