The Emergency Management Associate Certificate is open to anyone working or wanting to work for government, public, and private organizations serving in emergency management. Roles can include Emergency Planner, Emergency Program Coordinator, and Business Continuity Planner. The program is open to high school graduates and bachelor’s degree graduates who are seeking an applied certificate to pursue a career in emergency management. It is also open to those currently working in the field and interested in advancing their career through additional formal education. Graduates of the program will have solid knowledge and skills to pursue positions in emergency management with municipalities, provincial and federal government agencies, and private organizations.
