The Building Design and Architectural CAD Associate Certificate is designed to provide you with a competency skill level for working in the field of housing design and presentation graphics. Recommended to individuals who want to advance in their careers or are currently working in home design offices, material suppliers, retail, real estate marketing and municipal offices. You'll take courses in construction, architectural planning, estimating, residential landscape design, architectural CAD rendering, and more.
