Overview
The IT User Support micro-credential provides knowledge and skills necessary to service computers and support users of infrastructure and computing technology systems. This training covers a variety of topics including hardware installation and configuration, basic networking, operating systems and help desk techniques. You will study theory of computers systems hardware and software components and develop the practical skills through hands-on training and troubleshooting techniques that address wide ranging issues. Using Network Engineering as a core foundation, you will gain competencies that prepare them for industry recognized credentials to enhance their employability in the industry.
