The Coastal Forest Technology Diploma prepares you with the skills and technical knowledge for the B.C. Forestry sector. With a focus on applied and experiential learning, students will learn a wide range of forestry theory. With a focus on foundation in ecology, silviculture, forest measurements, forest operations, sustainable resource management, cultural resource management, communication skills and occupational safety, you will be able to identify, explain and demonstrate forest technologists' skills compentencies, and functions.
