Overview

The Education Assistant Co-ordinated Diploma is a mix of theory and practical experience about ways to support children and youth with special needs in the school setting combined with 30 university-transferable credits. The program will provide you with the opportunity to become a competent and employable paraprofessional and in inclusive classrooms. You will receive hands-on experience alongside teachers and teams supporting students with disabilities. The program includes two extended practicum experiences in local schools.
