The Data Analytics Post-Degree can get you started on your path to becoming an information systems analyst or manager, database analyst, data administrator and more if you have a background in computer science. You’ll learn the specialized technical skills in data technology and business intelligence strategy you need to launch your career in data analytics. You'll also have the option to participate in the Career Boost programs.

1. Completion of a bachelor's degree from a recognized post-secondary institution in Canada or an equivalent credential from an approved institution of a different country.

2. English Studies 12 (C) or [equivalent](https://www.douglascollege.ca/future-students/admission-information/english-proficiency-requirement)
	

Academic Admission Requirement

1. If your degree was completed in a language other than English, you will need to meet the Douglas College language proficiency requirement 

2. If your degree is in a subject other than Science, Technology, Business, or Math/Statistics, you will need to show proficiency in Business/ Technology through extra course work/ work experience. This will be evaluated on a case by case basis. 

Admission Advice

Admissions to open-enrollment programs are offered on a first-qualified, first-admitted basis. Students are encouraged to apply early. 

- September intake- applications typically open in early October of the previous year until late August / early September. 
- January intake- applications typically open in early February of the previous year until late December / early January. 
- May intake- applications typically open in early June of the previous year until late April / early May.
