Overview

The Financial Planning Professional Post-Baccalaureate Certificate is for people who work in financial services, have a degree and want to earn Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®) or Qualified Associate Financial Planner™ (QAFP™) designation.

This five-course program will take four terms to complete, with the capstone course completed each Spring term. The program is offered part-time and is designed for people who have a degree and are licensed in one of the following:

  • Life Insurance - Life License Qualification Program (LLQP)

  • Mutual Funds and Securities - Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization

  • Registered Mortgage Broker - BC Financial Services Authority (BCFSA)
