This Administrative Studies Diploma is designed to assist individuals and communities to meet the leadership and management challenges of business, Indigenous self-sufficiency and self-government. You will gain a combination of general organizational knowledge, specific technical analytical and management skills, and be encouraged to develop a management style consistent with traditional and/or current Indigenous values, beliefs, cultures and customs. Additionally, you will be enriched with the practical knowledge that comes from working in Indigenous organizations and you'll be qualified to transfer certain courses into advanced studies of management and business in a variety of university degree programs.
