The Recreation Management Certificate prepares you for a career in operations, athletic development, facility management, recreation programming and many other specialty fields. We provide you with the business know-how, management skills and related specialty courses.

1. High school graduation or equivalent	
	
2. English	
	
    One of:	
    - English 12 (65%)	
    - English Studies 12 (65%)	
    - English First Peoples 12 (65%)	
    - ENGL 090 (65%)	
    - Equivalent

3. Math (Recommended but not required)
	
    One of:	
    - Principles of Math 11 	
    - Foundations of Math 11 	
    - Applications of Math 12
    - MATH 080
    - MATH 082

Academic Admission Requirement

1. Basic computer skills are recommended	
2. CPR-C and Occupational First Aid Level 1 are required before work placement 	

Additional Academic Admission Requirement

Applications will open in November. Admission is based upon a first qualified, first-admitted principle which is based on the date and time the applicant meets all admission requirements. Early application is therefore recommended.
