The Project Management certificate gives you the methods for managing projects, teams of employees, costs, and more. The courses in this program are based on the Project Management Institute (PMI)® body of knowledge and are developed by working professionals to give you a solid foundation for project management. In addition to earning your certificate, you also have the opportunity for a series of short duration workshops that focus on specific project management topics.
