The Power and Process Engineering Diploma provides you with strong practical skills and technical knowledge to challenge the government examinations for an interprovincial certification. After successful completion of first year, you'll qualify to challenge the government exams for the 4th Class Power Engineer’s Certificate of Competency. Classroom activity consists of lectures, demonstrations, audiovisual presentations and exercises that provide practical working knowledge of plant systems. The second year of the program continues with more math intensive studies and in more depth training of plant theory.
