The Human Resource Management Associate Certificate will train you in workforce planning and talent management, employee engagement and labour relations, training and development, and health and wellness. This program can help you enter the HR field if you're looking to launch your career in HR or are seeking to move from entry-level to administrative and professional-level HR positions. You'll take courses in labour relations, recruitment and selection, training and development, employment law, and more. Upon graduation, you'll be ready to work in positions like HR administrator or advisor, labour relations assistant, staff training coordinator, and others.
