The Foundations in Health Studies Citation recognizes students who have completed a number of courses which prepare them for further study in the area of Health Studies.

1. High school graduation or equivalent
2. English 12 (50%) or equivalent

Academic Admission Requirement

1. To meet prerequisite requirements of the first-year English courses for this program, a placement test or completion of one or more additional English courses may be required.
2. Check the prerequisites in the course descriptions required for your program. For the purposes of course registration and program completion, you will need to meet the prerequisites of individual Arts and/or Science courses in the program. 

Admission Advice

Applications may be submitted starting 11 months before the intended program start date. Early application is recommended.		
		
The deadline to submit a complete application in order to be admitted for the fall, spring, or summer semesters is the first day of classes for that program-entry semester. A complete application includes a completed application form, application fee payment, and any supporting documents required. No applications will be accepted after the deadline date.
