Overview
The Bachelor of Arts in Psychology focuses on skills in research, data analysis, critical thinking, effective writing and presentations. You'll also boost your soft skills, learning how people think, feel, learn and develop. Courses focus on areas of psychology theory and research. These include classes in biological psychology, social, cultural, and personality differences, cognition, human development, mental health and well-being and applied psychology. You'll also have a chance to learn about emerging areas in the field, with some new courses including Indigenous Psychology, Community Psychology and Drugs and Behaviour. As you complete your degree, you can take part in work-integrated learning opportunities. These include work practicums.
