The Strategies and Actions for Independent Living (SAIL) Micro-certificate is designed for home health care aides who provide day-to-day in-home care for frail older adults or persons with disabilities. You will receive practical, specialized training in fall prevention to broaden your skill set as a home care aide and recognize your crucial role in improving your clients' quality of life.
