This program uses the framework for Extended Studies in a Program to allow students who have completed the diploma in Early Childhood Education to be recognized for additional work to meet the Infancy specialty. You will participate in a practicum to learn to develop a culturally responsive, respectful, and environment for infants and toddlers. As a graduate, along with enough work experience, you will be eligible to apply for a specialized certificate from the province to practice as an Infant and Toddler Educator (ITE).
