The Film Arts Certificate is divided into three areas: acting for the screen, writing for the screen, and directing for the screen. You'll take courses in film studies, film principles, and film practice where you will practice your skills with the other creators in each craft area. These overlapping courses are designed so you will develop an overall understanding of the film making process. You'll graduate with knowledge, practical skills, and a portfolio of work.
