Academic

1. One of:

  • high school graduation or equivalent
  • mature student status (be at least 19 years old and out of school for at least two years)

2. English

Recommended for admission. One of:

  • English 12  (73%)
  • English 12 First Peoples (73%)
  • Language Proficiency Index (LPI) in the last two years (level 5 on composition section and 70% on all other sections)
  • ESAL 0570 and 0580 (C+)
  • ENGL 0661 (C+)
  • TRU English Assessment

3. Math 

Recommended for admission. One of:  

  • Foundations of Math 12 (C+)
  • MATH 0633
  • equivalent course

English Language Requirements

Summary

English proficiency equivalent to Grade 12 English or higher.

 

General Admission Requirements (All Students)

English Language Skills - You must have adequate English language skills to participate in your intended program of study.

BC Secondary School (or equivalent)

You must meet the prerequisite for your intended course(s) or the admission requirements of your intended program.
