1. Admission is competitive. Selection is based on overall average in English 12, Math 11 and two other provincially recognized Grade 12 courses (chosen to your advantage).
Applicants also have to satisfy OC's Institutional Admission Requirements.

Graduates with a Business Administration Diploma may also obtain an OC post-diploma Certificate in Business Administration by completing another 18 credits, of which 15 must be at the second-year level. This certificate may interest students who have completed one option and wish to broaden their studies in a second area. Contact the Department Chair for details.

All program options within the Business Administration Diploma may lead to the following block transfer opportunities:
Students who have completed the Hospitality Management option within the diploma can receive two years block credit and directly enter the third year of the University of Victoria's Bachelor of Commerce (Hotel and Restaurant Management option) Degree. Entrance requirements include: successful completion of a two-year Business Administration Diploma - Hospitality Management Option with at least a 70% average; some industry experience, such as co-op work terms; a recommendation from an industry representative; and proof of competency in Math and Statistics.
Students in the Management Option may also receive up to 60 credits within the Bachelor of Commerce Degree offered by UNBC.
Students interested in any of the above transfer options are strongly advised to confirm transfer requirements with program personnel or an educational advisor.
