COTR, in partnership with the Thompson Rivers University - Open Learning (TRU-OL) and the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT), offers a four-year Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Thompson Rivers University - Open Learning. Okanagan College (OC) offers a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree which has the same entrance requirements as TRU-OL and a 25% residency requirement. This enables Business students to complete three years at COTR and one year at OC in Kelowna to complete their degree.

COTR also offers the first three years of the University of the Fraser Valley's (UFV) Bachelor of Business Administration Degree. This involves students completing COTR's Business Administration Diploma and one year of selected Arts and Science courses at COTR and the fourth year at UFV.

Diploma graduates will also receive two years of block credit transfer towards a Business Administration/Commerce Degree at the University of Northern British Columbia, Royal Roads University, and most BC universities.
