Application Deadline Advice

Applications must be submitted after September 15 for entry the following fall. Applications received after March 31 for fall entry are considered late and will be processed subject to course availability. All required documentation must be received by April 30.

Application Fee: $40

Academic (minimum grade needed in bracket)

1. One of:

  • high school graduation
  • ABE/Academic Upgrading Advanced Certificate
  • mature student status

2. English

One of:

  • English 12 (C+)
  • ENGL 050 (C+)

3. Math

One of:

  • Foundations of Math 11 (C+)
  • Principles of Math 11 (C+)
  • Pre-Calculus 11 (C+)
  • MATH 045 (C+)

4. BIO130 (C+) 

Non-Academic

  • Criminal Record check
  • submit documents certifying current immunizations, TB screening and a health self-assessment (documents will be supplied on acceptance and must be submitted during the first semester)
  • valid CPR Level C or HCP Certificate

If your first language is not English, one of the following is required (minimum score):                 

  • A TOEFL score of 550 (PBT), 213 (CBT) or 80 (IBT)
  • An IELTS score of 6.0
  • Completion of Level 4 English for Academic Purposes at CNC
