With the rapidly changing environment regarding COVID-19, EducationPlannerBC is committed to providing students, parents and educators with information from post-secondary institutions as quickly as possible. Please note that if you have applied for admission to the Fall 2020 term, institutions are continuing to review applications but given the current health situation, it may take a little longer than usual for a response.

Our Helpdesk will remain available to answer any questions or concerns regarding applications.

EducationPlannerBC tools best used in Chrome, Firefox, Edge or Safari (desktop); on mobile, use Android Firefox

Though EducationPlannerBC works to ensure consistent usability across many browsers, EducationPlannerBC tools are best used in Chrome, Firefox, or Edge.

On mobile, most browsers are fine though we are experiencing an intermittent bug with Android Chrome.  If you are experiencing issues entering profile information with Android Chrome, unfortunately at this time we need to suggest that you use an alternate mobile browser (Android Firefox) or continue on a desktop.
 
Users will experience issues with all versions of Internet Explorer as it is no longer being maintained by their manufacturers. This means they are not up to current web security standards and do not reflect the current tools and technologies to secure and improve the web form and service.

We are currently researching intermittent issues with Safari for Mac.
